Alexander, "Hally Alexander"; childhood reminiscences; coastal boats and tugs; Deadman's Island; Victoria Harbour; the Gorge; Archie McLean; "Sea Wolf"; and the gold rushes. TRACK 2: Mr. Alexander talks about the tugs stationed in Victoria Harbour; the "Lorne"; his mother's family; and his maternal grandfather and the Riel rebellion.
