General note
Only the first 150 feet are clearly related to the uncompleted TIDEWATER FREEWAY (ca.1961); the head leader reads "Original colour - section from 'Tidewater.'" The remaining 250 feet depict a completely different tidal dredging operation (probably at Kitimat), as well as a parade; this footage is on stock with a 1952 edge code and may have been shot for Alcan. The can was labelled "Tidewater Dredging."
