THE PRIME INGREDIENT is a re-edited sound version of THE MANUFACTURE OF 'ELK' PORTLAND CEMENT ('Bradol' Films, 1963), which was filmed by Bryan Brabant [an executive of the company] and produced by R.L. Dolphin for Ocean Cement's subsidiaries, British Columbia Cement Company Ltd. and Evans, Coleman and Evans Ltd. For the cannibalized picture roll from the original film, see AAAA6718.
