History

Commissioner Mr. Justice Denis Murphy of the Supreme Court appointed by OIC 1158/1931 September 10, 1931. Report dated February 17, 1932. The Commissioner was appointed to determine which of the chiropractors practicing in the province were duly qualified chiropractors within the terms of the Medical Act, inquire as to the adequacy of chiropractic training and recommend legislation to provide for the registration and regulation of chiropractors.
