Appointed April 16, 1929; report dated September, 1929. Commissioner: Lindley Crease, K.C., of Victoria. Charges had been made by Provincial Constable P. Corrigan, of Kelowna, that members of the city police force, including the Chief of Police, Robert William Thomas, were lax in the performance of their duty, and of maladministration of the force. The Kelowna police made counter-charges against Provincial Constable Corrigan.
