History

By Order in Council, February 1, 1962, the Honourable Alexander Campbell DesBrisay, Chief Justice of British Columbia, was appointed sole Commissioner. DesBrisay died in the course of conducting his inquiries and Honourable Mr. Justice Charles W. Tysoe was appointed by Order in Council dated the 20th day of January, 1964, as sole Commissioner, to examine the transcript of evidence of that portion of the inquiry already completed, and make further inquiry pursuant to the terms of reference in the Order in Council of 1962.
