File contains correspondence addressed inward to William Edward Traill, Chief Trader in charge of district at Fort St. James, between 1891-1893. The correspondence comes from Victoria, Babine Portage, and Stuarts Lake. There are 7 letters. Some correspondences discusses moving responsibility for Babine Post under the responsibility of Fort Simpson District as a sub-post of Hazelton and closing Little Bears Lake (also known as Connolly's Lake) and moving goods to Stuarts Lake.
