Edward Davidson McRae was an M.B.A. student at Simon Fraser Univesrity who researched the phenomenon of company towns in British Columbia for his 1970 thesis, "New communities for a new era: The instant town."
Scope and content
The fonds consists of a typescript of McRae's M.B.A. thesis, as well as photographs and film footage documenting some of the company towns he visited as part of his research.
