History
The Friends of the British Columbia Archives was incorporated as a non-profit society in 2000. It is managed by a board of directors elected by the membership. The Friends organize and host lectures, workshops and tours throughout the year on a variety of topics connected with the BC Archives and the history of the province. They also produce a quarterly newsletter, with articles about the Archives. The Annual General Meeting is held in October.
