"Princess Kathleen", CPR ferry, arrives in Victoria's Inner Harbour with visitors crowding the decks. [Close-up of] passengers along the rails as ship passes. Empress Hotel over the after deck of the "Kathleen". Passengers leave the ship, down gangways into a shed.
