Learned to fly post war. Became aircraft mechanic (apprenticed with British Yukon Navigation Co. at Whitehorse). Became partner in Whitehor;se Flying Services, post war. Operated Glacier Aircraft for a year then went to work for Pat Callison. Became commissioner of Yukon Territory. TRACK 1: Describes operation of Foggin Flying Service in ;Vancouver, pre war, and other pre war flying at Vancouver. Activities of British Yukon Navigation Company around Whitehorse and into Northern B.C. Activities of Northern Airways in Carcross, B.C. TRA;CK 2: A little more of Foggin Flying Service and learning the basics of aircraft serving. Starting in with Whitehorse Air Service. Discusses Yukon and building of Alaska Highway.;
