In this photo, several cars drive in the parade, some heavily crowded with passengers celebrating the war's end. There are also three Canadian Red Cross cars. In the center vehicle, Muggins the Red Cross dog rides on the roof of the car while his name adorns banners on the sides of the car. Muggins the Red Cross dog was a famous mascot of the Canadian Red Cross who raised thousands of dollars for the war effort.
