The series consists of records documenting municipal library development across the province. The records date predominantly to between 1989 and 1999 and include constitutions, bylaws and agreements, financial statements, budgets, agendas, and minutes. In some cases, files also include annual reports. The series is arranged alphabetically within each accession by the name of the municipal library. The records of accession 92-9822 are heavily interfiled with files from GR-3470.
