Two record books containing brand registers for Kamloops and Clinton districts 1873-1914, as well as water records for Clinton district 1877-1879. The Kamloops volume also includes collectorate records from the Gold Commissioner at Yale for 1861. The index for the Clinton volume is in GR-1487, box 2, file 1. Also included are 6 volumes of office diaries, 1948, 1951-1953, 1955-1956, used by Thomas Moore, Recorder of brands.

Queen's Printer staff in front of Provincial Secretary's Office
Item is a black and white photographic print of a group of 27 men and a dog in front of one of the "Birdcage" buildings, likely the Provincial Secretary's Office, sometime around 1894. The central figure in the light-coloured suit may be Queen's Printer Richard Wolfenden; the others may therefore be members of his staff.

The volumes contain record of commissions issued under the provisions of the Oaths Act to notaries public, coroners, justices of the peace, stipendiary and police magistrates, Queen's Counsels, and ministers of the crown.

Item consists of one stereo photograph of the Provincial Museum's taxidermy shop. John Fannin (1837-1904), the first curator of the museum, is seated at centre. Francis Kermode (1874-1946), curator and later director of the museum, is possibly seated in the back corner on the viewer's right. They are surrounded by various taxidermy specimens in progress.
