Series consists of the records of the investigation into the collapse of the Station Square Development in Burnaby on 23 April 1988. The commission was appointed under the Inquiry Act by Order in Council (OIC) 830/1988 on 6 May 1988. Dan J. Closkey was appointed sole commissioner. The inquiry was intended to investigate the collapse of the newly-built Save-on-Foods Store at Station Square in the Burnaby Metrotown development, which collapsed on opening day. Closkey's report was submitted 26 August 1988. Records include reports, transcripts of proceedings, submissions and briefs, exhibits, administrative files, and reference materials.
