The records had no discernable original order. The Archivist has arranged the records alphabetically by the name of the relevant town, then chronologically.

The register contains one pre-emption entry and some notes. Information may include the name of purchaser dates and numbers of certificates issued., (including Crown Grants), along with cross references to other registers.
