The fonds consists of records of Silver Spring Brewery and Coast Breweries between 1909 and 1950 and includes sales books, copies of bills, shipping receipts, a Brewer's Mash Book, brewer's malt stock book, statements and lists on the quantities of ingredients used and the amount of beer produced as well as the Boiler Inspector's Reports and Brewer's licence.
