This series consists of 24 volumes of plaint and procedure books from sittings at Richfield, Williams Lake, Soda Creek, Barkerville, Quesnel, Ashcroft, and 150 Mile House, 1862-1910; cash book, 1862-1883; sheriff's fee book, 1864-1865; bench books, 1864-1867; and Gold Commissioner's Court case books, 1864-1893. Note that a single volume may have been used for multiple purposes.

Series consists of civil orders and reasons for judgement from the Supreme Court, County Court, and Small Claims Court in Ashcroft. The series includes divorce records interfiled with other court orders. Records from the various level of court are interfiled. The series includes a small number of records that were originally filed at the Kamloops registry before being transferred to Ashcroft.

The series consists of naturalization case files from the County Court of Ashcroft from 1960-1981. The series also includes other records related to naturalization, including carbon copies of applications for citizenship, as well documents related to citizenship presentations, citizenship registration and instructions on citizenship procedures at the Ashcroft Court Registry. Some files are from Kelowna.
