Research Council, 1942-1945, etc.; correspondence with Federal Minister of Transport relating to the establishment of airports in B.C., 1939; notes on 1942 Dominion Provincial conference regarding wartime agreement on Peace River oil rights.

This series contains a report on a survey conducted by the Department of Mines in February 1952. The report was prepared by Stevenson & Kellogg, Ltd., management engineers, and was submitted to John H. Cates, Minister of Mines.

The series consists of a letterbook of correspondence outward created between 1899 and 1900 by the Minister of Mines. Some letters are signed by Provincial Mineralogist.

The series consists of a register of letters created between 1886 and 1898. The letters were in regard to mining matters, addressed to the Minister of Mines and referred to the Bureau of Mines.
