Series consists of Prince George court record books for 1943-1954. Records include a clerk's minute book for Supreme Court, County Court, and Chambers cases heard in Prince George from October 1946 to August 1954 and two Magistrate's record books for cases heard before Police Magistrate P.J. Moran, 1943-1952, and Stipendiary Magistrate George Hallett, 1943-1952. Also included is an index for a Creditor's Relief Act record of certificates of claim. The index includes only one Supreme Court entry: no. 94/52, McKenzie White and Dunsmuir, claimant, and Robert Jones, debtor.
