The photographs were pasted into an album and were given captions. The images include general shots of the Woodfibre area and town as well as interior mill photographs.

Records include both textual records and photograph intermingled together. Fonds also includes records accumulated while the organization was known as the Vancouver Music Teachers' Association, British Columbia Music Teachers' Federation, and British Columbia Music Teachers Association.

Minutes of the Provincial Council from 1985 to 2002 were donated in 2023.

The fonds consists of records created by the British Columbia Social Credit Party between 1956 and 1993.

The records include Social Credit newspapers and brochures, manuals and history files, correspondence, budget and election material. The records also include member files arranged by the name of Social Credit candidates which contain biographical information and photographs.

In addition there are records relating to leadership conventions and provincial elections which include photographs, audio and video records, posters and metal election buttons, especially relating to the Social Credit leaders Bill Bennett, Bill Vander Zalm and Rita Johnston.

There are photographs in many forms including prints, negatives, slides and contact sheets of Social Credit events, training sessions and campaigns.

The fonds consists of correspondence and telegram messages created by the Telegraph Creek telegraph office agents from 1949 to 1962. From 1949 to 1954 the Telegraph Creek office was run by the Government Telegraph and Telephone Service. From 1954 to 1961, the office was managed from the Vancouver office of the North-west Telephone Company. When North-west joined the British Columbia Telephone Company in 1961, the running of the exchange was managed by the British Columbia Telephone Company. The first file contains correspondence (1949-1956) between the Telegraph Creek agent and the supervisor either of the Government Telegraph and Telephone Service or the North-west Telephone Company regarding office facilities, supplies, payment, work duties etc. The rest of the files are arranged by month and year (1958-1962) and consist of telegram messages sent out and messages received in at the Telegraph Creek office.

The fonds consists of amateur film footage shot by Carleton P. Browning, the manager of the Britannia Mine. The footage mainly documents community life at Britannia Beach, BC, including May Day and Dominion Day celebrations, picnics, skating parties, and other recreational activities. There is also considerable footage devoted to the Browning family and their friends. A reel entitled "Industrial Britannia" (192-) depicts various aspects of the mine operation. Another reel, "PGE Quesnel Cariboo Mines" (1933) shows various mining operations and communities in the Cariboo Region. The fonds as a whole provides an interesting glimpse into the life of a self-contained mining community during the Depression.

The logging camps and locations captured in the slides are: Port McNeill, Rayonier Logging Camp; Jeune Landing, Port Alice; Denham Bay Logging Camp; and Nimpkish Logging Camp.

There are also slides depicting Vancouver, the construction of BC Place in 1982-1983, and Ladysmith.
