The series also includes correspondence and survey reports related to Link Lake (1909-1919) and Dean River (1920-1925), as well as rain gauge reports and correspondence related to Ootsa Lake and White Sail Lake, 1922-1925.

Also included are files detailing the new sawmill project, 1949-1952, and the groundwood mill modernization project, 1965-1970. Jobs completed files and project files are arranged sequentially and reflect a chronological series.
The series consists of published commercial equipment manuals, ca. 1908 to 1953, relating to mill equipment used by staff in the engineering department at the mill at Ocean Falls.

The records include budgets, year end statements, including costs statements for the mill and townsite, maintenance analysis, and sales reports. Also includes detailed construction in progress data, 1965-1972, and logging ledgers 1917-1923. Records are arranged in chronologically and in like documentary formats.
Consists of fire reports, fire alarm system reports, reports on Watchmen's routes and an ambulance log book, 1966-1980. Insurance inspection reports for the period 1946-1953, conducted by Pacific Indemnity, are included and arranged by report number, in chronological order. Records retain their original “FP” file number.

Includes incorporation, constitution and by-laws, agenda and minutes of the Northwest Hospital Society, accounts, statistics, government forms, staffing, facilities and equipment, correspondence files, and hospital admission files (1978-1980) and out-patient records (1980). The records after 1981 pertain to the closure of the hospital.
Consists of office files arranged by subject, 1916-1950. These files also contained detailed data and statistics on the lumber industry in the Dominion as well as information on various tugs and launches used at Ocean Falls. Records also include, but not limited to, details of the Mechanics Ball, 1921-1928, and H.R. McMillan Export Company lumber sales, 1929-1936.

Records consist of administrative and operational correspondence, Board of Management meeting minutes, schedule 50XH reports and Hospital Insurance and Diagnostic Services Act correspondence. Also included are Hospital Insurance and Diagnostic Services Act reconciliation reports, 1961-1970.

Meetings minutes and correspondence for the Ocean Falls Public Library, 1950-1978, and extensive correspondence relating to civil defence strategies during the 1960s are also included.

Carillon programs case files provide evidence of the role of the Provincial Carillonneur and information about the Netherlands Centennial Carillon music programs during the time that the Office of Protocol included the Provincial Carillonneur.
Records include forms and documents regarding permissions for functions held at the legislative precinct, regulations regarding the use of the legislative grounds, "use of grounds" policy, requests to use the legislative buildings, and monthly event logs.
