The series contains the records of James Everett Brown, Housing Commissioner, regarding Federal- Provincial housing projects pursuant to the B.C. Housing Act, 1950. It includes memoranda of agreement, correspondence, financial statements, annual reports, technical reports, and development plans regarding the Vancouver Housing Authority, Prince Rupert Housing Authority and land assembly projects in Prince George, Saanich, and Trail.

Bureau of Mines : photographs collected during 1909

The file is a photograph album, compiled in 1909 by gluing photographs taken by Harold Nation into an album. It contains 240 photographs showing mines, mining equipment and workers as well as mining landscapes including towns and valleys. Many of the photographs document inspection trips undertaken by the Provincial Mineralogist William Fleet Robertson and his team, including their various camps. Most of the photographs have captions and other information. Many of the photographs have been glued together to form panoramic prints.

Each photograph has been numbered from 901 to 1090, with gaps and some unnumbered photos, following directly on from the previous album. Photographs used in Dept. of Mines annual reports are indicated with the report date and page number.

The series consists of conference packages, briefing notes, negotiations, and agreements relating to intergovernmental conferences attended by the Premier and other members of the Premier's office between 1976 and 2006. The series includes records that relate to both provincial- and federal-level conferences, and includes packages from various Premiers’ summits, councils, and the Annual Western Premiers’ conferences. The records also consist of pre-conference papers, briefs, reports, and post-conference materials.

Peace River and other trips in 1906 by W.F. Robertson and H. Carmichael

The file is a photograph album, compiled by Harold T. Nation by gluing photographs into an album. It contains 252 photographs showing the department trips taken in 1906 to the Peace River and other areas by Provincial Mineralogist William Fleet Robertson and Provincial Assayer Herbert Carmichael. Photos show mines, mining equipment and workers as well as mining landscapes including towns and valleys. Most of the photographs have captions and other information. Many of the photographs have been glued together to form panoramic prints.

Each photograph has been numbered from 478 to 657a, following directly on from the previous album. Some photographs have other numbering systems. Photographs used in Dept. of Mines annual reports are indicated with the report date and page number.
