Wilkinson, were appointed to inquire into the circumstances and merits of the disputes between various employers, employers' association, employees and unions engaged in the plumbing and pipe-letting industry and the electrical industry of British Columbia. The series consists of a photocopy of a single page majority report signed by Goldenberg and Jamieson in which they recommended a wage increase. Attached is a copy of a two page minority report by Wilkinson in which he disagreed with the recommendation of his fellow commissioners.
