Part of Frederick Longstaff fonds
Series consists of 80 glass plate negatives of images from around British Columbia. They were likely taken or collected by Frederick Victor Longstaff as part of his travels and research across the province. Images show many scenes of Victoria and other parts of the Province of British Columbia. Also featured are images of steamships, warships, First Nations totems, and portraits. Many images depict small communities, log cabins, and camps. Series is arranged into 8 files according to broad subjects covered by each.
