The records include a minute book from 1890, and ledgers and day book showing wages paid, 1886-1889. These volumes were submitted as evidence in Edward Mainwaring Johnson v. the Ophir Bed Rock Flume Company and McCallum, 1890.

The series consists of declarations of partnerships made under the Partnership Act. Records in this series were created between 1955 and 1965 in the County Court of Golden. Records were originally housed in shannon folders, but have since been rehoused by the Archivist.

British Columbia : of their doings their by one of them
The item is a large, illustrated volume titled "British Columbia: of their doings there by one of them" by Frederick D. Williams. The volume contains a manuscript account of a journey from London, England to Vancouver B.C. and back between August 28 and October 6, 1897. Williams landed in New York and travelled by train through Chicago and Spokane to Nelson where he and his party took the Kootenay Lake steamer to Kaslo and the train to Sandon and then on up to Nakusp and Revelstoke, Kamloops and Vancouver.
The volume has been illustrated by glued in photographs, magazine prints, maps, menus, passenger lists and programs.
Item consists of one bound atlas measuring 43 x 57 cm. It contains one index map and 35 location maps of the lands of the former "Christian Community of Universal Brotherhood" in the Kootenay and Similkameen Land Districts. There are land utilization maps based on 1951 provincial government "vertical air photos" and coloured soil classification maps for the following communities: Champion Creek, Oteshenie, Brilliant, Raspberry, Glade, Shoreacres, Pass Creek, Krestova, Koch Siding, Lebahdo, Winlaw, Claybrick, Perry Siding, Grand Forks (north and south), Gilpin, and Caesar. The atlas accompanies "Doukhobor lands. A report on a study of the condition and value of the Doukhobor lands, 1952" by N.T. Drewry, Assistant Director, Land Utilization Research and Survey.
