This series contains 28 volumes of proceedings at public hearings under the Water Act Into an application by British Columbia Hydro (BC Hydro) for a water licence to divert, use and store water out of the Columbia River at a point about 3 miles upstream from Revelstoke, B.C., near the lower end of the Little Dalles Canyon.

The item consists of two reels of reversal footage from 1976. It depicts the transportation of a "turbine runner" for the Mica dam from the Vancouver docks to the dam site (via CP Rail flatcar to Revelstoke, truck to the Columbia River, and barge to Mica).

Series consists of letters to his wife, Ruth (McKinnon) Sutherland, 1929-1941. The letters, written to his second wife both before and after their marriage, are concerned mainly with day to day domestic affairs. However, some refer to the 1929 Canadian tour of H.R.H. the Duke of Gloucester, who was attended by Dr. Sutherland as House Physician, Hotel Vancouver. Two letters describe campaigning in the 1933 provincial election.
