Registrar's record books for civil and criminal proceedings in both County and Supreme courts. Volume 1 is indexed, lists 15 constables active in 1911 for South East Kootenay Police District, gives a newspaper clipping describing the naturalization procedure and contains the following oaths: the King's Oath or Chicken Oath (used by Chinese), the Oath of Interpreter, Affirmation, Oath of Foreman in Civil Jury trials, Oath of Jurors, Oath of Stenographer, Japanese Oath, and the witnesses' oath in French and English. Volume 2 lists 14 constables active in 1916 in the South East Kootenay Police District and the oaths.

Cranbrook Supreme Court Letters of administration and letters probate
The series consists of letters of administration and letters probate from Fort Steele, 1906-1909 and from the Supreme Court of Cranbrook, 1906-1978. It includes Form A, Form B, and Form C, each arranged by date of filing. Form A are grants of letters probate in which the deceased individual named the executor of their estate in their will. Form B are grants of letters of administration in which the deceased left a will but named no executor, or the executor was unable to fill the role, so another individual is named. Form C are grants of letters of administration in which the deceased left no will (died intestate), so an individual is named as executor.

Attached to the covers of volume 1 is a list of trust companies registered in 1914; instructions regarding estates of alien enemies, 1915; and British Columbia Gazette excerpts regarding Workmen's Compensation, 1902 and 1904. The books contain primarily civil matters.

Correspondence, notes and newspaper clippings concerning the history of Revelstoke, the Big Bend area of the Kootenay district and the pioneers of the area. Also includes collected notes and correspondence of Benjamin Richard Atkins as well as his dictionary history of Revelstoke.
Material is files MS-0560.1.1 to 1.17 contain Earle Dickey's general correspondence files, incoming and outgoing, 1937-1953 (includes Dickey's correspondence with the Vancouver Sun as that newspaper's correspondent in Revelstoke). Files 1.18 to 1.51 contain drafts, rough notes etc. concerning Revelstoke pioneers, Revelstoke history etc. Files 2.1 to 2.8 contain Benjamin Richard Atkins' correspondence and files 2.9 to 2.19 contain Dickey's miscellaneous materials.

Two letters from Jessie McQueen, Lower Nicola, 1890-1891. Anne Gordon taught school in Nicola before her marriage. In Victoria she was involved with community and women's organizations and was head of the Homes Branch of the Soldier Settlement Board.

The series consists of declarations of partnerships made under the Partnership Act. Records in this series were created between 1955 and 1965 in the County Court of Golden. Records were originally housed in shannon folders, but have since been rehoused by the Archivist.
