Materials relating to the association’s social activities and its role as a mediator for its members are also included within the fonds.

The records include: autograph books belonging to Mona (Olsen) Billwiller, 1927-1938; a notebook "compliments of Britannia Stores, Britannia Beach, B.C.", which contains no entries but includes printed information on the company and residents; a notebook kept by Mona (Olsen) Billwiller 1945-6 which includes diary entries for the time her son John was born; program etc. of the Britannia Mine High School Reunion, 1982. There are also photographs (including two albums) created or collected by Mona (Olsen) Billwiller and Paul Werner Billwiller documenting Britannia Beach, Townsite (including views from above), mine, staff, social and school activities, office buildings, houses, slide at Jane Camp; Empire Mine, Port McNeil, June-July 1958, 1964-65 (all photographs identified by P.W.
