The file consists of the memorandum of association and articles of association for the Phoenix Coal and Lumber Company Limited, 1866. The memorandum sets out the objects of the company and lists the subscribers.
The file contains a letter from Thomas Cunningham to his wife, dated Victoria, June 21, 1866; letter from James Cunningham to his brother, dated New Westminster, March 7,1867.
