The item is a colourized postcard, produced around 1940 by The Camera Products Company of Vancouver. The photograph used for the postcard was originally taken by Frederick Dally in 1867 or 1868. The photograph shows wagons along the Cariboo Road at Mile Post 80, the Great Bluff on the Thompson River, eight miles from Spences Bridge.
