This series contains Clayoquot Land District, Lot registers, Lots 1-775, superceded 1946 (i.e. no further entries were made after 1946). The register lists lots in numerical order and records the alienation of land from the Crown (by purchase, pre-emption, lease, etc.): Information may include the name of purchaser, date and numbers of certificates issued (including Crown Grants), dates and amounts of payments, and reference numbers for correspondence files and field books. There is an alphabetical index in the volume.

Cosh (Chair), Shelley Tratch and James Cutt, were appointed on 27 March 1986 to inquire into the provision, management and administration of social housing in British Columbia. This series contains a township register of New Westminster district. The register is arranged by section number and township. It shows the date of registration, name of landholder, acreage, crown grant number, date of crown grant, and status with regard to royalty.
The series consists of records documenting the activities of the Universities Council of British Columbia while promoting the systematic development of university education and creating public accountability for university expenditures. Series include council minutes, agenda material, sub-committee minutes, notices of motions, correspondence inward, registers of correspondence inward, correspondence outward, register of correspondence outward, and miscellaneous reports.
This series consists of indexes from 1893 to 1994 for Vancouver Supreme Court civil cause books and case record cards found within GR-1608 (1893-1975, 1986-1994). Indexes were created by the Vancouver Supreme Court registry.
Over time, index entries vary and may be searchable by type of case, by only the name of the plaintiff, or by either the name of the plaintiff or the defendant. Records were scheduled for full retention under Court Services ORCS (schedule 100152) 51400-25.

This series contains correspondence from S.J. Clarke Publishing Company (Chicago), concerning E.O.S. Scholefield and F.W. Howay's history book, "British Columbia: From the Earliest Times to the Present" (1914). The correspondence is mainly addressed to Scholefield over his tardiness in completing his manuscript.
This series contains committee reports covering the period 1872 to 1890. The records include correspondence and a report on the site of "Central Boarding School" by John Jessop, Superintendent of Education (1873-1874). The series also includes a report of the Legislative Committee on the Esquimalt Graving Dock (1882).
This series contains election writs, voters' lists, poll books and related correspondence dating from 1856-1866. Poll books give electors' names and indicate the candidates for whom each elector voted. This unit should be used in conjunction with GR-0484 [Voters' Lists, 1865-1866] and GR-1666 [Voters' Lists and Poll Books, 1862-1866].
This series contains a report on the work of Frontier College in British Columbia for 1953. Frontier College was a voluntary organization designed to promote citizenship and education among migratory workers in isolated camps and settlements. The College was founded in 1900 and incorporated in 1919. Instructors were recruited from Canadian universities to work as labourers-teachers in the summer months. Instructors usually worked as paid labourers by day and conducted classes in the evenings. The majority of the students were recently arrived immigrants. The report is illustrated with black and white photographs of railway labourers and workers at Kitimat and Kemano. Photographs and biographical sketches of instructors are also included.
This series contains a typescript of speech given to the British Columbia Library Association convention by Minister of Education, Dr. G.M. Weir on 13 May 1946. Weir's speech, given in Nanaimo, provided a general review of the government's educational policies and priorities.

This series contains a brief submitted by the Atlin District Board of Trade on "Proposed Development for North-West British Columbia." The series also contains reports and position papers submitted by the provincial government to the Alaska-British Columbia-Yukon Conference at Whitehorse, 1964.
This series contains records from the Department of the Interior particularly General Township Registers for the Coast (also called New Westminster) Division of the Railway Belt. The records are annotated by Forest Branch, ca. 1927, to show forest reserves. Vol. 1 covers W.C.M., E.C.M., and W.7th; vol. 2 covers W.6th. The registers, arranged by legal description, indicate the nature of the grant, the number, date of entry, file number, patent approval date, and name of grantee.
The series consists of three financial ledgers created by the British Columbia Railway Company and its predecessor, the Pacific Great Eastern Railway Company, between 1918 and 1984. The ledgers contain financial records relating to road and bridge construction. The series also includes a 1919 publication created by the B.C. Department of Railways called general locomotive rules.

The volume appears to index appointments, OIC's, memos and other documents issued by the office.

This series comprises mostly of bench books for civil and criminal cases heard by various judges and chief justices in the Supreme Court, County Court, Court of Appeal, Admiralty Court, Circuit Courts and Assizes. The series also includes notes on commissions of inquiry as well as miscellaneous court information. Civil and criminal cases are often included in the same volume and records from different judges, different levels of courts, different time periods and geographic areas may be mixed in the same volume, particularly for the earlier period..

This series contains a letterbook and daily diaries from the Boundary District police force. The letterbook covers the period Dec. 27, 1905 to Dec. 13, 1907 (vol. 1). Daily diaries cover the period April 1, 1901 to June 30, 1908 (vol. 2) and April 26, 1911 to March 31, 1919. (vol. 3).
Volume 1 covers the entire province of British Columbia, not just the Boundary District.
