This series contains records relating to the Escheats Act and mineral claims up for tax sale. It includes lists of mineral claims reverted to the Crown, claims sold at auction, and mining companies deleted from the companies list.

This series contains working papers, drafts and photographs, 1951-1954, used in the preparation of the illustrated "Water Powers, British Columbia, Canada", 1954 edition which was published by the Department of Lands and Forests, Water Rights Branch, Victoria.
This series contains records pertaining to the Southern Okanagan Irrigation Project at Oliver, B.C. Types of records include a bound report which includes contract specifications, a project summary, tenders, memoranda of agreement, cost data, minutes of meeting of the West Kootenay Power a-ad Light Co., rate schedules, correspondence, energy consumption tables, plans and photographs. The original report was prepared in 1923 with various records added periodically until 1940.
This series contains correspondence, reports, and miscellaneous documents regarding financial grants to the City of Victoria Centennial Celebrations (1962), British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame (1968-1973), and the Vancouver Indian Centre Society (1963-1969).

This series contains correspondence, charts, plan map and report relating to the creation and staffing of the Cariboo Forest District. Types of records include a floor plan of Williams Lake headquarters, (1969), a report on the re-establishment of the Cariboo Forest District (1970), and field organization charts (1975-1979).
This series contains water licences issued for Victoria Water District, 1909-1912, by W.S. Drewry, Chief Water Commissioner, pursuant to the Water Act, 1909. The records include water notices and approval of plans. This volume was also used by the Board of Investigation to make water rights determinations, ca. 1913-1914.
The series consists of orders created by the Grand Forks Supreme Court registry between 1900-1949. Between 1900 and 1922, the orders relate to a variety of civil matters such as loans and mortgages, debts, guardianship of minors, and estate matters, including probates. Beginning June 1922, records are probate orders only.
Records are arranged chronologically and were assigned file, volume, and folio numbers by the court registry. An alphabetical index by last name is included within both bound volumes of records.
