The series consists of files created by the Health Association of British Columbia between 1918 and 2002. The files include the earliest minute book from 1918 to 1925, printed copies of the annual reports from 1918 to 1950 (with gaps), constitution and bylaws, board of director information files and selected records from predecessor associations. The series also includes files primarily from the 1990's relating to HABC's amalgamation with other community care agencies as well as files detailing the society's voluntary dissolution in 2002. Oversized material includes proclamations and certificates, photographs and a plaque, medals and pins.
