(3) [Pemberton, J.D.] register of conveyance of land to private individuals and churches in the Anglican Diocese of Columbia (Alberni, Comox, Cowichan, Esquimalt, Nanaimo and Victoria, 1858-1866).

This commission was also known as Settlers' Rights Commission. Commission records include correspondence, claims submitted by settlers to the Commission and other miscellaneous records. No report has been found.
