The records were created by Tex Enemark when he was the director between 1978-1979.The records relate primarily to the establishment and responsibilities of the ministry, speeches and one file on the ObSolete Statutes Repeal Act.
Recreational. Fishermen Al McClane (of "Field & Stream" magazine) and Charles Ritz of Paris demonstrate methods of silver salmon and steelhead trout fishing on the Stamp and Ash Rivers, near Port Alberni. General C. Lindemann also appears.
