Series consists of two letters to relatives in Ontario dated Hazelton, June 23, 1907, and Greenwood, December 19, 1907. Tye describes his journey from Port Essington to Hazelton on his way to the fish hatchery at Stuart Lake, and his return journey from Babine to Port Essington and by steamer to Vancouver.

The series consists of one bound volume of handwritten journal entries by the senior constable of the Provincial Police Force in Greenwood, B.C. These daily reports cover the period June 1920 to August 1921. Only half of the journal was used.

The entries cover the day-to-day activities in a brief format, usually only a few sentences per day.

Series contains correspondence files relating to water licences and irrigation in the vicinities of Rock Creek and Greenwood, and the southern Okanagan valley.

This series consists of a records book from the Greenwood County Court. The book has been used for the following purposes: minute book, Jan 1909 - Mar 1914; jury lists; account book, 1900; and dates of County Court sittings at Greenwood and Grand Forks. The volume also includes pages used as a ledger and a list of tools and supplies stored at Midway. The minute book section also includes some Supreme Court cases.

This series consists of records created by these agencies and reflects the diverse functions and responsibilities of officials in their capacity as Gold Commissioner, Mining Recorder, Sub-Agent, Deputy Sheriff, Chief Constable, Registrar of the County Court, Stipendiary Magistrate, District Registrar of the Supreme Court, Weather Observer (Dominion Meteorological Service), and Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages. Included are general correspondence files and letterbooks, applications for Certificates of Improvement, applications for crown grants of mining leases and mineral claims, records of free miners' certificates, declarations of mineral claims, certificates of work relating to mineral claims, circular letters from the Dept. of Mines to Gold Commissioner, records of mining locations, registers of mining claim conveyances, register of applications for water licences, records of trading licences and revenue tax collections, monthly reports of police constables, circulars, bulletins, and orders to the Government Agent, County Court findings related to the Kettle River Mining Division, bills of sale and chattel mortgages, by-laws of the cities of Greenwood, Columbia, Phoenix, and Grand Forks, stock ledgers, lists of summons and injunctions, registered shareholders of Bertha Consolidated Gold Mining Company, and journal and cash books of the Grand Forks Hotel.

Records relating to the Greenwood Electoral District: includes annotated voters lists and applications for registration (1903-1912; 1920-1945) from Anaconda, Beaverdell, Boundary Falls, Bridesville, Brown Creek, Carmi, Cascade, Christian Valley, Deadwood, Eholt, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Midway, Mother Lode Mine, Riverside and Rock Creek. These forms show occupation and place of residence and were sworn before various officials: mining recorder, police magistrate, postmaster, notary public, alderman, stipendiary magistrate, MLA, etc. There is supporting documentation, notes, some correspondence and requests to be removed from the voter's list.

The file consists of a photocopy of two pioneer family biographies by family historian Susan Dahlo. The two pioneer families of Greenwood, B.C. are the Christensen family and the Eek family.
