Indexes to County Court of East Kootenay plaint and procedure books, 1897-1900 (Donald); 1905-1945 (Cranbrook). The plaint and procedure books are found in GR-1832.

Registrar's record books for civil and criminal proceedings in both County and Supreme courts. Volume 1 is indexed, lists 15 constables active in 1911 for South East Kootenay Police District, gives a newspaper clipping describing the naturalization procedure and contains the following oaths: the King's Oath or Chicken Oath (used by Chinese), the Oath of Interpreter, Affirmation, Oath of Foreman in Civil Jury trials, Oath of Jurors, Oath of Stenographer, Japanese Oath, and the witnesses' oath in French and English. Volume 2 lists 14 constables active in 1916 in the South East Kootenay Police District and the oaths.
