The series consists of two reports created by the Health Insurance Commission in 1938 investigating medical insurance in British Columbia. The first report is titled Industrial Medical Services Plans and Health Insurance in British Columbia by H B Garland and dated March 1938. The other report is titled Health Insurance for Rural Municipalities by D K Bell and dated May 1938.
This series consists of the records of the Commission on Health Insurance. The Commission was appointed by the government of B.C. in 1919 to study the question of maternity insurance and health insurance. Records include correspondence, proceedings and reports of the Commission and submissions to the Commission. There is also a small quantity of correspondence relating to the distribution of the report.

The records include transcripts of evidence, exhibits, commissioner's notes, printed matter, a manuscript report and other miscellaneous documents related to the Commission.
The notebook of Judge Begbie also contains notes regarding several other commissions which he was involved in between 1891 and 1894.

This series consists of the records of the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Vancouver General Hospital, 1912. The commissioner, Robert W. Hannington, was appointed to inquire into the management and operation of the Vancouver General Hospital. The records include the original report and transcripts of evidence presented at the proceedings.

This series contains briefs submitted to Royal Commissions. It includes briefs on four main topics: the first is the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the use of Pesticides and Herbicides (1973). It includes photographs that have been pasted within. The second brief concerns the Royal Commission on Forest Resources (1975) specifically in regards to Pest Management: a neglected aspect of the Forest-Tenure Policy and Agreements by N.E. Alexander and J.H. Borden. The third is a brief submitted to the Royal Commission on Forest Resources in 1975, and lastly the series also contains a submission to the Royal Commission on the British Columbia Railway (1977). The last set of records also includes press clippings.
Series consists of records created by the Provincial Commission, which functioned as a consulting board to inform the Provincial Superior and her council on the directives to give and the decisions to take for the life of the province. The Commission was composed of the Provincial Superior, the Provincial Councilors, the Provincial Treasurer, Novice Director and other appointed members.
Records consist of meeting minutes, planning documents, reports, questionnaires and correspondence.
