Photograph depicts a bird's-eye view of the training grounds at Willows Camp. The large puddles were caused by unusual torrential rain that autumn, and made training very difficult. Some training days and parades were cancelled due to the weather and subsequent muddy conditions at camp. Here, the battalion band (either 259th or 260th Battalion) preforms while remaining units stand at ease.
