Enderby footage shows main street, including Sutherland's Bakery and King Edward Hotel, bus on highway, pasturing of cattle, celery packing. Salmon Arm subjects include Safe Community Store and other store fronts, box mill, fruit packing, a bottling plant, a man guzzling soft drinks, men examining a crop field, apple packing, railway station, more packing, Shuswap Lake. Last shots show a display of Okanagan apples and fruit (in the Okanagan or at the PNE, Vancouver?).

A celery field at picking time; fields of cabbage and lettuce. Pan of onion field, onions on edges of furrows. President F.B. Cossitt and party in grandstand. Secretary Mat Hassen walking across racetrack. Dr. K.C. MacDonald, Minister of Agriculture, with the Fair Directors. Judging Ayrshires and Hereford steers. The famous "Salmon Arm Red Polls" -- judging steers. "A Farmer's Hazard" -- one of the Red Polls gets away. More judging and livestock processions, Percy French and Sam Shannon , judging. The Laird of Fintry, Captain J.C. Dun-Waters, meets [Manager] Hassen and others. Ayrshire procession. Pan of Fairgrounds. Jerseys, Clydesdales. Jim Turner, Cadboro Bay. The item is a reel of documentary film from 1930. "'His Honour, Lieutenant-Governor Bruce, opened Armstrong's first exhibition, 1930.' No shots of Lieutenant-Governor, however. Various shots of exhibition grounds -- Ferris wheel, many cars, trucks, people, tents, stands. Carnival Queen and attendants on racetrack at opening ceremony. New buildings and improvements by the municipality. More than 500 head of farm animals assembled -- Ayrshire and Jersey cows predominate. March past of cattle. 600 schoolchildren [take part in demonstration] fire drill. "Boys and Girls of Armstrong District are well-behaved, healthy, clean and intelligent." Mayor T. Aldworth and principal dismiss kids. Buses transport kids to the fair. Livestock parade past grandstand. High school teachers pose. Hon.
