Various shots of exhibition grounds -- Ferris wheel, many cars, trucks, people, tents, stands. Carnival Queen and attendants on racetrack at opening ceremony. New buildings and improvements by the municipality. More than 500 head of farm animals assembled -- Ayrshire and Jersey cows predominate. March past of cattle. 600 schoolchildren [take part in demonstration] fire drill. "Boys and Girls of Armstrong District are well-behaved, healthy, clean and intelligent." Mayor T.
