James Bay New Horizons is a non-profit society that was founded in Victoria in 1974. The organization operates an activity centre in the neighbourhood of James Bay. New Horizons’ goals are to help individuals maintain, improve and develop skills, interests and social opportunities, as well as to enhance members’ quality of life.
