The series consists of minutes and agendas of annual meetings, semi-annual meetings, committee of officers meetings, committee meetings, advisory board meetings, regional meetings and special meetings. Intermingled are records including correspondence, annual reports, financial statements, resolutions and newsletters.
Prior to the creation of the Provincial Council of Women of British Columbia as a corporate body (see for example, records ca. 1919-1920) the minutes are those of the British Columbia Executive of the National Council of Women of Canada.
