Name of creator
Richard Clement Moody was born in 1813. He joined the army and became a Royal Engineer. He and his family came to B.C. in 1859. He surveyed the townsite of New Westminster. He left British Columbia in 1863 and died in England in 1887.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of letters from Mary Moody to her mother and sister in England, written from New Westminster, Victoria and Hope.
