A record for a James Thomas who died in Nanaimo in 1887 was located in a box of miscellaneous court records in November 2021. These related mostly to GR-1304 (Victoria probates) but appear to have been pulled from files in the 1980s. It appears that the record for James Thomas likely relates to file 45B/1887 in series GR-2213. It can be found in container 002340-2158.

Three letters relating to the file of George Mills (file 19A) were found in a box of miscellaneous court records in November 2021. The records had been pulled from files in GR-1304 during microfilming in the 1980s. It appears that these letters had been misfiled in the file of George Mills (1468/1888) in GR-1304. They were missed during microfilming. They are now available in container 002340-2158.
