"The Glades, March '71": The Glades is a five-acre woodland garden in Surrey, created by Murray and Lydia Stephen. "Potatoes, Aug. '67": Sowing and picking potatoes by hand. He discusses impressions of Mr. Walsh; the writing of children's plays; the school; a description of plays and dances; art and craft work; displays; general comments on the Inkameep experiment; what happened after Mr. Walsh left; Mr. Walsh's work and character; the effect of his Inkameep work; M;r. Walsh's talents; the children's plays; a description of Mr. Walsh including his background; and George Baptiste who was the old chief at Inkameep. TRACK 2: Mr. McNaughton recalls some people of t;he South Okanagan from 1922 and on. He discusses the Krugers of Meyers Flat; Mr. McCuddy's days as a customs officer; the Haynes family; the development of orchards in the south Okanagan from 1918; rancher Val Haynes; the Fraser family; crops grown; the growth of Oliver; Osoyoos; original land prices were high and then lowered by Premier Pattullo after a protest; and recent dealings with Indians.

This series contains records pertaining to the Southern Okanagan Irrigation Project at Oliver, B.C. Types of records include a bound report which includes contract specifications, a project summary, tenders, memoranda of agreement, cost data, minutes of meeting of the West Kootenay Power a-ad Light Co., rate schedules, correspondence, energy consumption tables, plans and photographs. The original report was prepared in 1923 with various records added periodically until 1940.

This series consists of two Similkameen Division of Yale Land District town lot subdivision registers of District Lot 2450S, Block B and Block A, lots 1-271F, and 280-348. The records relate to irrigated lands in the southern Okanagan. Earliest entries from 1921 and bother volumes were superseded in 1923 (i.e. no further entries were made after 1923).

The records are arranged numerically, and record the alienation of land from the Crown (by purchase etc.), within the Southern Okanagan Irrigation Project at Oliver (B.C.) Information may include the name of purchaser, dates and numbers of certificates (including Crown Grant), dates and amounts of payments, and reference numbers to correspondence files, and water agreements, There is an alphabetical name index in each volume.
