This series consists of a record of proceedings from the Commission of Inquiry to investigate certain charges made against A. R. Green by James J. Currie, respecting the conduct of the said A. R. Green while in the employment of the Inspector of Dykes, 1899.

The file consists of a copy of the History of the Pitt Meadows Farmers' Institute by William Mitchell, Secretary of the Institute.

This series consists of New Westminster Land District forfeiture certificates of lands reverted to the Crown from 1915-1957. Records relate to the Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Matsqui Dyking Districts. The certificates are arranged chronologically without regard to Dyking District. Information may include the legal description of the land, the plan number, the date it was subject to forfeiture, the date of the end of the period of grace, and the date of forfeiture. Certificates are indexed alphabetically by owners name, and numerically by plan to folio numbers.

Coquitlam Dyking District lies within the limits of the City of Port Coquitlam, and the Municipality of Coquitlam.

Pitt Meadows No.2 Dyking District lies within the defined boundaries of the Municipality of Pitt Meadows, and is situated 1 1/2 miles north of the Dewdney Trunk Road at the confluence of the Pitt and Alouette Rivers.

Maple RIdge Dyking District lies within the boundaries of the Municipalities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, including the Townsite of Hammond.

The item is a release print of a documentary film made by the Greater Vancouver Water District ca. 1948. It shows how the Greater Vancouver Water District supplies water to Vancouver and surrounding communities. There is footage of the North Shore watershed, rivers, lakes and storage dams -- including Capilano River, Seymour River, Coquitlam Lake, Little Mountain Reservoir and Pitt Meadows area. It also shows how water from the North Shore gets to the urban areas, pipeline construction and future plans of the GVWD.

Series consists of tax assessment rolls kept by the Inspector of Dykes for South Westminster, Sumas, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Matsqui, Chilliwack, Nicomen Island, and Nicomen Dyking Districts for 1898-1976 as well as general expenditure journals, voucher records, receipts, and financial statements for 1917-1974.
