The activities shown in the completed film included the manufacture of tissue paper, wire rope, pipe, tin cans, plastic bags, lighting fixtures, electric signs, power saws, broom handles, galvanized pails, ceramics, clothing, drill bits, and plasterboard; food canning; sugar refining; hydro-electric power developments; electronics; television (CBC studio); motion picture production and film processing and construction.
