The investigator : a political satire

SUMMARY: "The Investigator" is a political satire. It tells the story of an investigator (modelled on Senator Joseph McCathy) who, along with his fellow airplane passengers, is killed in a crash and finds him;elf in heaven. He must pass muster with the immigration office, the Permanent Investigation Committee on Permanent Entry and the Head Gatekeeper. Many historical figures are portrayed in this drama, including Socrates, Thomas Jefferson and Voltaire. A CBC Toronto production.
