In 1927 the British Columbia government established a Supreme Court registry at Princeton (Yale Judicial District) approved and ordered by Order-in-Council # 0518-1927 dated May 20, 1927.
Princeton courthouse operations were consolidated into the Penticton courthouse on 31 May 2002. The courthouse was re-opened as a permanent circuit court of Penticton on 1 September 2002. The successor to the Princeton Registry is the Penticton Registry.

Civil case files with the exception of probate, divorce and adoption files which have been removed from this series and are filed separately.
